Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Luxor & East Bank Wonders

Upon arrival at Luxor airport or train station, you will be met by our representative and transferred to embark on your 5-star Nile cruise. After lunch on board, your expert guide will take you to explore Luxor’s East Bank. You will visit the magnificent Karnak Temple, a vast complex of temples, pylons, and obelisks, followed by the grand Luxor Temple, which is particularly stunning when illuminated at night. Afterwards, you will return to the cruise for dinner and an overnight stay in Luxor.

Day 2: The Royal Tombs of the West Bank

After an early breakfast, you will journey to Luxor’s West Bank to explore the necropolis of ancient Thebes. Your first stop is the world-famous Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of pharaohs like Tutankhamun. Next, you will visit the breathtaking Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, a masterpiece of ancient architecture. On the way back, you will see the colossal statues of the Colossi of Memnon. You will then return to the ship for lunch as it sets sail towards Edfu via the Esna Lock.

Day 3: Edfu & Kom Ombo Temples

Enjoy breakfast on board before visiting the Temple of Horus in Edfu. This is the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt, and you’ll take a traditional horse-drawn carriage to reach it. After the visit, return to the cruise and sail towards Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, you will visit the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to two gods: the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. After the tour, you will sail onward to Aswan for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Aswan’s Iconic Landmarks

After breakfast, your Aswan adventure begins with a visit to the High Dam, an engineering marvel of the modern era. Next, you will see the Unfinished Obelisk in the ancient granite quarries, which shows how these massive structures were carved. Finally, you’ll take a motorboat to the beautiful Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis, located on an island. You will return to the ship for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing ride on a traditional felucca sailboat on the Nile.
